Anyone who has followed my blog for any amount of time knows about my MEG....
My now 23 year old beauty who left her heart in HAITI at the young age of 17..what can I tell you about Meg...I can tell you she has the biggest heart of anyone I have ever known..I can tell you she is the bravest person I know..that her love and passion for those she has met on her many trips to HAITI is stronger than most can imagine.
I can tell you she works three jobs here at home ...each one involves helping those less fortunate. What I cant tell you is how proud I am of her...there are no words for that. She is now trying to raise funds so that some of her friends in HAITI may have a chance for a better life..she has created a website in hopes to spread her message. If you would like to read about her cause click on the link...thank you so much for taking the time to read this.
Way to go Meg...your my hero!!! Love MOMxo

What a lovely and beautiful young lady your daughter is, both inside and out! No wonder you're so proud of her!

What a beautiful soul..my daughter went on a Justice trip when she was 17 to the Dominican, she stayed with a family for 14 days, she worked hard for this trip, asked people for donations..when she came back she wasn't the same (in a good way) she has been advocating since about buying Fair Trade products…I'll be sharing your daughter's info..big hugs to her
So wonderful that your Meg helps others with so many needs. Being in cat rescue for many years (divorced after 20 years), I decided last year to expand helping to humans. I now sponsor a child in Ethiopia. Something about it just feels right.
omgosh what a wonderful girl! In a world so full of greed it is SO refreshing to hear and see people that get so much out of giving and doing for others. Selfless people. What would the world do without them?
You must be so proud!~Mel
