- Chrissy...The Apothecary Shop
- Starting over isn't easy but its what I am doing, married for 26 years I now find myself on my own..I have two amazing grown children..and will soon have a new daughter in law..so much to look forward too! Please stop by when ever you like,my door is always open!
Indeed it's a compliment...plus a testament of the warmth and kindness of the home's hostess. You've made your nest a place for visitors to feel welcome and at home.
Have a lovely day!
That is just sooo cool! (pardon my not so eloquent speech)
Oh my -- yet another gorgeous post!
That is the most beautiful door!! And I love that sign!!
You truly live among beauty....
What a wonderful message of welcome for your guests! Lovely vignettes and photos as usual! I hope your afternoon is a good one! Chat soon...
how great is that! I love the photos...and wish you many more footsteps on your doorstep!
How pretty Chrissy!
The shutter and the saying are perfect. ~Lovely.
Thanks for visiting and your kind words my friend.
I completely agree on the three days theory... Sometimes less is more huh?
Have a blessed week.
How adorable! Love it. Where did you find it? Your decor is so timeless. I should be baking something very soon. :) Unfortunately some of that baking took residence on my butt (about 2 lbs worth) and I decided to cook something somewhat healthy last food post. LOL! Hope you had a great weekend, Chrissy!
I don't thin k my door step is getting used enough lately.
Girlfriend, I would love to walk on that doorstep. Your home is so inviting. I hope you are enjoying your day!
What better feeling than to walk into such a lovely home as yours?
What a nice sentiment. And so true, all the beautiful furniture, accessories, etc. would be meaningless without the love and laughter of family and friends! "Talk soon" friend!
Hospitality is something the world is lacking these days. The door is a true beauty.
P.S. Your jar of shells in a previous post remind me of a few of my own. I'm a shell collector and never have too many.
What a gorgeous door! Love it! ~Lori
I had seen those words or should I say saying before but never knew what they meant. Love it!!! Anyone would feel welcomed coming into your home.

I couldn't agree more.
It's been to long between visits to your blog. Just been busy and not much time to visit my favorites. Yours is on that list of favs and each visit is always so inspiring.
You have a lovely blog and I was glad to discover it.
Your doorstop looks lovely and so inviting.

I am just stopping by to say hello and to tell you that I have given you a much deserved award on my blog.
I love it!
Also love your bargain salt and pepper shakers - they look so beautiful sitting on your window sill, basking in the sun.
I agree~ a doorstep should be well worn...beautiful post. Love the sign, too. Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
