Thank you....and a glimpse of whats to come..

                     Hello.....to each and everyone of you that left me a note on my last post.....thank you from the bottom of my heart...what beautiful souls you are..so many kind and thoughtful words..I am truly blessed....thank you!  I just wanted to do a quick post today to fill you in on whats going on....our house SOLD in 5 days..for just over asking...so happy about that! Now the building above is called "THE CHANTILLY BUILDING"....its a century old building that has been turned into condos....and it is my new home as of May 1st......I still don't have a camera but I found this photo on the internet....its all owner occupied except the one I am going to live in.....so my plan is to live there for a year or so and if I like the building I will then buy a condo in it. I have reached the point now where I am excited to start over....looking forward to decorating a new space....living closer to work and some great trendy shopping areas...and well...just being happy again! So on that note I will leave you ....be back soon..so much to look forward to! Sending a huge amount of love to all of you.....Chrissy

SAD GOODBYES....NEW BEGINNINGS...

              As much as I have put it off....I feel in my heart of hearts this post is the right thing to do....I am not going to get into anything personal..and please believe me when I say this is not a pity post. After 25 years of marriage John and I are going our separate ways...I have cried all the tears I can cry..I have been through all the emotions..from anger..to denial..grief and more. We will putting our house on the market in the next week or two...and I will then find a two bedroom apt. to call home...I WILL make it my home..I WILL make it shine...I WILL make a new life. We are blessed with two of the most caring,loving, responsible ,kind children on earth..and I will continue to draw on their strength.....this is the beginning of a new chapter in all our lives....my heart will bleed when for the last time I close the door of my little house on Blythe street but I will go on to make a new life...I only wish things could have turned out differently. I will not be blogging again until I am settled in my new HOME...at which time I will be back..blogging has gotten me through some pretty rough days and it is something I really enjoy..I value the friendships I have made more than I can tell you. So if you will bare with me through this time of many changes.....we will meet again soon....of that I am sure! Till then..please take good care of yourself...love with all you have...give whatever you can..and cherish each moment. See you sometime this summer......love to all of you! Chrissy

Still here.....

                     Good morning my lovely blogging friends.....how are you?  Just wanted to say hello and let you know why I have been so absent the last few weeks....Excuse #1....I am very busy with work these days...its been a long time since I was a Cosmetic Manager and things can get quite hectic to say the least.....Excuse #2...I have nothing new to show you...sad I know but with no flea markets till April there isn't much out there to find...Excuse #3...My camera is broken...these were the last photos I took before it died on me...so I must get another one ASAP.....So those are my lame reasons for not being around...I do hope you will stick around till things "get fixed"..lots of changes coming in the near future to the Apothecary Shop....big changes that I will tell you about very soon..till then all the best to each and everyone of you....x0xo

Counting the days....

                        Its like someone read my mind and put this together.....its all the things I want to find this spring and summer during flea market season.......how about you ...are you starting to think about it too ...or am I mad????  Snowing here as I type...bitterly cold and windy..but that's alright.....the thought of warmer days and treasure hunting keep me going....of course so do hot baths and flannel pajamas...have a happy week!  x0x0

                             not much going on....so I think I will enjoy a bit of R&R....

                                 wish I could enjoy it in one of these bedrooms.....

                          although if I did...I may never go back to work....which one would you choose to ``lay about `` in....I know its a tough one ....got mine picked out....

A Christmas Crate....
