Here one day....

                I should have known......being a carpenters wife isn't all fun and games...
                       he came in with this desk and said the dreaded words" Its only here till it sells...."
                 "But of course darling...."she replied...as she giggled with joy!!!
                      But alas...she was only to have it for a week and it whisked away from her...leaving her broken hearted and with a giant hole...in the dining room....oh the tragedy of it all....
                    Where ever my beloved desk is I hope your happy and well taken care of...I shall miss you always.......goodbye!!!   Now what the heck am I going to put there.....!?!?   x0x0x

    I would have put my foot down on that one and said it was already sold! Hopefully another one just like it reappears. :)

    I know the feeling! Sometimes when something sells in my (and my mom's) shop, I feel pangs of regret! That was a beautiful desk, but I'm sure something equally lovely will find its way to your space :)

    I must admit, it looks perfect there !! I thought, gosh what a beautiful spot to sit and work, nice in front of the window too. Well, hopefully you are able to find another great piece of furniture to fill the hole in your heart!
