I was into red at Christmas...even added it to my tree instead of the sea blue bulbs I usually decorate with. I love your new blog banner~beautiful! Thanks for the walk through Anthropologie. Mine is an hour away so I rarely get to go visit. If there was one closer I would want to work there!
Yes Chrissy I am. Is it something in the water????? I've never used red in decorating and now I've done my kitchen in red, my office in red, I've added red to the sunroom, I'm planting red flowers, I'm wearing red clothes, buying red shoes...I'm not sure where it is going to end...J
Thank you for this beautiful and entertaining blog of yours. Wonderful to see your vignettes(sp). Just found you today and looked at your Christmas posts. Such attention to detail. I live in the San Joaquin Valley in California and I assure you I would not be able to find a little match box for $5.00 that you found at the little French shop "Pure". I am 72 yrs old and I live in a tiny...well I call it tiny...trailer and a small item like the match box would be fine. I will Google the net to see what I can find out about these little match boxes as I have never seen one before. Thanks again for your lovely blog site.
I just found your site...I have always loved red, all shades. I especially loved the rooms with white, ivory and wooden accents. So simply beautiful! I will be back, Linda mysewwhatblog

The color red is sprinkled around my home in a beloved red and white quilt, a bold red flower painting with soft blue, gold and white, and pillows.
