The Beauty of Paper.....

                                       Pages torn out of old books taped to rough walls...
                                           
                                             old love letters on the mantle....
                                             spices wrapped and tied.....
                                                   postcards sent a lifetime ago...
                                                  they are all beautiful...and I for one could not decorate without them.Hope you all have a wonderful day....I am so glad you took the time to stop by...xoxo

    I LOVE THIS - I am getting ready to 'mount' pages from an old calendar on a wall and really need some inspiration on exactly how to do it! Perfect timing.

    Great idea! I've seen you do that in other posts and always liked it. Using those in your decor really brings a sense of nostalgia to your home.

    I love the spices and I often decorate with old postcards. However, if I taped old pages to the wall it would simply look like I'd lost my mind. In your house, it is art. Why is that??

    I'm doing something very similar here at our house, too...the torn out book pages. My husband thinks it's sacrilege to tear a book apart, they just don't understand! ;-)
