Keeping it fresh......





Good morning.......well I spent all day last Tuesday re-doing our bedroom, without spending a dime ...not an easy task !
Most of the day was spent cleaning if the truth be told....
it felt so good to rid of winter and welcome in spring...windows open...curtains blowing ...it was lovely!
took the time to make some "homemade" artwork....
and re-arrange the furniture word of advice..never paint "around" your bed( enough said ...)
a few new little vignettes and I was finished....I love that pillow cover (the white one below) it was a birthday gift from a very dear friend Tracey which makes it even more special to me!!
The last few mornings the birds have woken us up and if thats not a sign of spring I don't know what is!!!  So enjoy your day and thank you so much for coming by...I so love your visits! x0x0

    Chrissy, it looks amazing. The bed itself is just splendid!
    Not to mention your pillows, and artwork, and the lovely lamp. I just put up a shutter too, we've painted it, but I still need to sand off the top layer a bit to reveal the color beneath. Yours are have such an antique feel. Very very pretty. Well done, my dear. Nice to check things off the list too ;)

    Chrissy it looks really great. You have some great 'stuff'. Isn't it good to have a change and a bit of a clean in those spots...you know behind the bed where it gets a bit dusty. Just did a little re-arrange myself and I just love walking thru the bedroom to admire. Robx
