Oh wow! Renovations are never fun in the process. Yes, come live with me for as long as you need :) Louisiana too far away? Good luck with it all. Can't wait to see it finished! Blessings Becky C
Hey Chrissy! I just saw your comment so I thought I'd come by and say hi and take a peek at the before {I have been completely absent in blogland, but am so anxious to get back to seeing what everyone is up to}...your new kitchen is going to be sooooo wonderful that all the "pain" before will all be worth it! We are starting to put hardwood flooring in our family room this weekend, so we are going to have a big mess over here too :))
I am so happy for you, Chrissy...I just know your kitchen is going to be faboulous. Try to put up with the noise and the mess a bit longer...it will be worth it!
oh I feel for ya, the kitchen is the worst to redo, you just feel so displaced even in your own home. Night after night of take out, ugh. We just redid our floors and that was pain enough, I can't even imagine the WHOLE kitchen. You poor thing... Amy
I'd love for you to come and stay with me for a while, but I'd rather be you getting my kitchen redone with that awesome brick wall....... I love it! I've always wanted to have a brick wall in my home. The closest thing I have is some around our fireplace and mantel.
I can't wait to see your finished product. I'm thinking it's going to be amazing.
yes Chrissy come to my house!! LOL! How are ya sweetie?? Your kitchen is gonna be fabulous, I'm so happy for you! It reminds me of all my messes with remodeling, gosh I hated the mess! I'll be back to see the finished project, can't wait! xoxoxo
Oh Chrissy, I really feel for you, I was right there last year at this time. YES!!! I live closer than most, come and stay with me. We can go to thrift stores and you can sleep in and rest up! And my guest room has a really nice, comfy bed just waiting for you. You can help me redecorate the guest room while you are here! Deal? It's nice to know you have friends, anyways, isn't it. Hugs, Cindy
yup its ME!! I've been by to see you since I've had the new blog. It'll be a year and a half with the political blog, I switched over cuz that's where my passion is now. I'd love to have a Canadian point of view if you and John would like to visit and comment! My Mom is moving in with us so I've had to put politics on the backburner for now and I'm struggling to get back to writing, but I hope I overcome that and get back to blogging soon!
Amelia is great, growing up so fast. She'll be 4 in June of this year! YIKES!! She is stunningly gorgeous, just like your daughter, BTW, how is she?? Can't wait to see your kitchen, I will bookmark your blog and be back often! Love ya! xoxoox
I see the fridge and stove are in their new place. It is taking shape and I can envision the finished product. Dont worry, I wont come in until its done....so hurry up and get it done as I am home tomorrow! Trish xo
Oh my goodness... you're in the middle of it now, girl! I have pictures of my kitchen looking much like that... lol! It's going to be so beautiful when it's done, Chrissy, especially with your husband doing all of the cabinetry. :) Enjoy the rest of your week, my friend! xoxo, Jo :)
