I just love your images. I have a day fully packed seeing one client after another, but stopping here to view your blog, makes me want to take day off, and stay home, feet up, and spend some quality "me" time. And that my dear, is the biggest compliment I can pay you, hugs from California, tami
Love your photos. I planted Paper Whites too:) I may even decorate a little very soon (this week) for Christmas. I am just so excited about it this year. Have a great week! ~Debra Capers of the vintage vixens
Oh Chrissy... everything is so beautiful! You're getting me in the Christmas spirit my friend! I love paperwhites, too... hope I can find some for Christmas. I LOVE the way you use vintage book pages and other paper ephemera in your vignettes, Chrissy... just gorgeous! Enjoy the rest of your week! xoxo, Jo :)
I love the soft Christmas spirit, just like this, so calm and peacfeful... and much more beautiful than the regular X-mas decorations with bright colors and blinking light bulbs everywhere.
Hi Chrissy...funny! I just came in from picking evergreen branches!!! Tracey from French Larkspur is coming for dinner here on Saturday and the 'pressure is on' for a well decorated home!! I thought evergreen would do the trick for something fresh- all your pictures are beautiful - especially that first one!! p.s. love that religious image... xo+blessings, anne marie
Your paperwhites are going to be beautiful for Christmas! I LOVE Christmas, too, it is just such a wonderful time. Your cedar is very sweet, I have one neighbor with a cedar in their yard. I may have to walk by with my scissors, they are huge and hang over the sidewalk a little;) When I lived in BC, I would just take a walk after a storm, of which there were many and I could find all the greenery I could ever want. Hugs, Cindy
Love the pillow :) And LOVE the Christmas touches!!!!!! I just got the first bloom on my paperwhites today :)) I like to start early around here! Got your JDL out today...I always try to get yours out the door first!! I know I'm behind on my blogging...it's been so busy around here, but I'll have some pics of Horton's amazing Christmas open house up in the morn...
I usually wait until Thanksgiving...but you know what? I'm going to plant them a bit earlier because you have inspired me once again! Your styling is as lovely as always! Take care my friend, Laura
Oooooh Chrissy you are making me want to do some decorating too. I adore all your lovely touches of the season. Oh to find some of the treasures you do. I love your style and how you display it all. hugs to you...ercid
Hi! I think I can smell the cedar through my screen here! Mmm! Everything looks wonderful that you have pictured here. If I saw those things (lantern..) in a store - those are the kind of things I would have scooped up in my arms in a sec! You have got the Jeanne d' Arc look nailed down perfectly + you can tell you love what you do, too! Thanks for the nice comment you left me~ I have turned everything in and my next paper is MY topic choice thankfully! I can't wait 'til this class is over in December! I am so excited to do some Christmas decorating. I'm sure I'll be out clipping pine very soon! Are you still working as an aesthetician? I put my license on hold for now while so I don't have to pay the renewal fees. Hope your weeks going good. :) Lara
