  4. The decorating style of Sweedish or spare French, seems simple and effortless, but those pictures take a miticulous eye...totally makes me want to sell everything "except the good stuff"

  8. I just love doors that are hinged together! I found a pair of doors years ago that were hinged in the middle. They have window panes in them, like French doors. They are my very favorite pieces in my house. Lovely photos! ~Lori

  9. I agree. They look just like you! I'm going to have to put stenciled burlap pillows on my "to do" list. It's getting longer every day.

  10. Hi!

I absolutely agree with you and think there must be something in the air, maybe something about the economy, but I think people are more interested in living easier, less fussy. Simpler.

    Loved the photos.

  11. I know what you mean. The first time I saw that decor was in Min Lilla Veranda's blog. It was much like the white country look that we see here but with a twist. I guess a french/scand. twist. I find people who don't normally do any white love the magazine....which goes to show that good design is good design no matter your preferred style.
Love your blog...YOU have great style!!!
